At MyCozyOasis, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be in its original condition, with all accessories (where applicable), and accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number. Items that have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them, are damaged through misuse, or are returned incomplete may not be eligible for a full refund.

Please contact us through our Contact Us page or email support@mycozyoasis.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Perishable goods.
• Opened health, hygiene, or personal care products where returns are not appropriate for health or safety reasons.
• Gift cards.
• Downloadable digital products.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

You must return the item within 14 days after notifying us of your decision.

Customers may inspect the product as they would in a physical store. However, if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a reduction in the refund may apply where permitted by law.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, or you provide proof that it has been shipped back where applicable, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Where required by applicable law, any original standard shipping charges will also be refunded.
